Sound Healing/Healing Tones - High-quality audio clips and videos for portable, personal meditation.
Meditation Music - Original music combined with Binaural Beats or Isochronic Tones.
Sleep Audio - Curated sounds and soothing noises to foster better sleep.
Healing occurs from sonic waves or vibrations, specific frequencies of sound, resonating throughout the universe. The ancient 6-tone scale of electromagnetic frequencies called the original Solfeggio Scale has shown to have healing potential with the 528 Hz in particular being particularly effective. The frequency of 528 Hz appears to influence the water molecules that surround the DNA helix, thereby bringing about healing effects on DNA. Meditation has long been thought to assist in DNA repair.
What can sound heal?
Music and science have long been connected...The therapeutic and mood-altering qualities of sound show us that music is all about frequencies and vibrations. at the root, music is just that.
It really is not far fetched at all to think that music can heal the body and reduce mental and physical suffering. Many doctors maintain that music seems to slow heart rate, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress hormones. Additionally, specific research suggests that music may promote the brain's ability to make new connections between nerve cells.
This is hardly new... Ancient societies have used the power of music and/or rhythm to hypnotize, heal and induce states of higher consciousness for centuries.
The Solfeggio Scale is very much linked to mathematics with frequencies being root in numbers 3, 6, 9.
If you recall the "Doe A Deer" song from the "Sound of Music" then you are already somewhat familiar with the Solfeggio Scale...Funny how that works isn't it?
A binaural beat is an auditory illusion perceived by the brain when two different tones, both with frequencies lower than 1500 Hz are presented to a listener (one through each ear). The word binaural means “having or relating to two ears.”
For example, if a pure tone is listened to in the right ear, while a pure tone is presented to the listener's left ear, they will perceive the auditory illusion of a third tone, in addition to the two pure-tones presented to each ear. The third sound is called a binaural beat. This is why you must use stereo headphones for binaural beats to work.
Find a quiet, comfortable place free of distractions (don't do it while driving!). Avoid any tasks that are mentally demanding because the meditative state is not conducive to quick, action-oriented critical thinking.
Listen to binaural beats when you want to relax, clear your mind, get your creative juices flowing, engage your intuition to help solve problems and for personal development work such as repeating affirmations and doing visualization.
Be sure to give yourself enough listening time! The brain requires about 7 minutes to entrain, or fall in sync, with the audio stimulus. Give yourself at least 15-30 minutes of listening time to experience the benefits.
You can meditate with your eyes open, and focus on an object to help focus your mind. You can also meditate with eyes closed and focus solely on the music that usually accompanies binaural beats. Experiment with both to see what works best for you. Beginners usually find eyes-closed meditation to be easier because there are less distractions.
Uses for Binaural Beats
Anyone can slap together a tone generator with a background sound and call it a healing tone. We have the audio engineering experience to craft a healing audio that works. We believe that everyone reacts differently to all types of sounds...For example, to many people, a babbling brook is pleasurable but to some, its annoying white noise.
Because we think this affects everyone differently, we might not have what you are looking for. For that reason, we welcome your requests for music (that could be licensed), background sounds, etc. that we could assemble into something special for you.
Feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries you might have.
